My name is Amelia Smith of BorderSmith Kennel and with The Real Time Canine, I am providing training technique for Border Collie Sheepdogs. Beginning with 10 week old Kensmuir Star, I will document his daily lessons in words and pictures every Sunday. Week 4

With the exception of play time, I treat Star much like the aged dogs. I speak to him as I do them, and even though he doesn't know what I mean yet, he learns from watching.
This week's lessons:
  1. The keep away game
  2. Load up
  3. Play bites
